- Administração MS365: Gerir e administrar serviços MS365, incluindo Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams e OneDrive. Implementar e manter políticas de segurança e medidas de conformidade em aplicativos MS365.
- Gestão da cloud azure: implementação, gestão e monitorização de recrusos Azure (VMs, Azure SQL, Azure Active Directory).
- Segurança e Conformidade: Garantir a segurança dos ambientes MS365 e Azure.
- Colaboração e Suporte: Trabalhar em estreita colaboração com as equipes de IT e de desenvolvimento. Dar formação e suporte ao usuário final para aplicativos MS365.
- Disaster recovery e backup.
- Licenciatura em Computer Science, Tecnologia da Informação ou áreas semelhantes.
- Experiência comprovada em administração de ambientes MS365 e Azure.
- Forte conhecimento de computação em nuvem e melhores práticas de segurança.
- Excelente capacidade de resolução de problemas e habilidades de comunicação.
