    O nosso Cliente é uma reconhecida Companhia de Seguros que está a recrutar um CRM Manager, para integrar a Direção de Marketing, na área de Dinamização de Clientes.responsabilidades chaveGestão da ferramenta de CRM;Estudo e análise de segmentos de Clientes;Marketing analytics;Interpretar e aplicar resultados em estratégias de marketing;Mapeamento da experiência do cliente;Desenho de ações de dinamização de Clientes (aumento do envolvimento e retenção do Cliente);Desenvolvimento de campanhas de venda – geração de leads.competênciasFormação académica nas áreas de Marketing, Gestão de Empresas ou Matemática;Experiência mínima, em funções análogas, de 5 anos, idealmente com experiência na liderança e gestão de equipas;Conhecimentos sólidos em CRM, preferencialmente que tenha implementado de raiz uma solução em Salesforce, incluindo compreensão dos conceitos e práticas de gestão de relacionamento com o cliente, segmentação de clientes, análise de dados e estratégias de fidelização de clientes;Experiência prévia em marketing, especialmente em áreas relacionadas com a gestão de clientes, como marketing direto, database marketing, marketing digital ou marketing relacional;Capacidade de analisar dados e extrair insights relevantes, elaboração de estatísticas e uso de ferramentas de análise;Conhecimentos em segmentação e targeting;Orientação para resultados, sendo capaz de definir metas claras e trabalhar para alcançá-las;Capacidade de gestão de projetos, definição de objetivos e acompanhamento de resultados;Boa comunicação verbal e escrita;Apetência para o trabalho em equipa;Agilidade na reação às tendências e oportunidades;Proatividade e criatividade.principais benefíciosIntegração numa das principais Companhias de Seguros Portuguesas, a atuar no setor;Modelo de trabalho híbrido;Benefícios inerentes ao ACT Segurador.
