- Participar em projetos transformadores, transversais à empresa, focados em áreas de negócio existentes ou em novas áreas de atuação;
- Desenvolver e acompanhar o ciclo de planeamento estratégico;
- Conduzir análises de mercado, tendências e portfolio de negócios;
- Suportar momentos de comunicação da estratégia;
- Trabalhar de perto com os principais stakeholders da empresa (direção, comissão executiva, administração).
- Formação superior em Economia, Gestão, Engenharia e Gestão Industrial (preferencial);
- Entre 1 e 3 anos de experiência em consultoria ou em equipa de estratégia em ambiente corporativo;
- Experiência de interação com stakeholders seniores;
- Fluência em inglês (escrito e falado).
- Pensamento estratégico, com capacidade de estruturar, conduzir e apresentar análises, decompondo problemas complexos em pequenas partes;
- Forte adaptabilidade e conforto em ambiente de incerteza;
- Curiosidade, determinação e inquietude;
- Espírito de equipa.
