No seguimento da sua estratégia de consolidação e crescimento, o nosso Cliente pretende recrutar um Digital Technology & Innovation Trainee para a Indústria Bio Farmacêutica .

    HRB Solutions is currently hiring for a multinational company that specializes in biotechnology applied to the pharmaceutical area. Following its consolidation and growth, our Client is searching for a Digital Technology & Innovation Trainee for the Biopharmaceutical Industry .

    Responsibilities

    O candidato selecionado irá integrar a Organização de Digital Technology & Innovation de Operações Comerciais Globais, focando-se na região ELMAC (Europa, América Latina, Canadá e África). Ao ser parte de uma das equipas de DTI do nosso Cliente, o candidato selecionado irá apoiar diferentes fluxos de valor de negócios, nomeadamente: Field Engagement, Programas de Suporte a Pacientes ou a Análise de Dados Globais do Cliente. Entre as principais funções a realizar destacam-se:

  • Desenvolver recursos inovadores e essenciais, suscetíveis de prestarem apoio à plataforma de engagement do cliente;
  • Participar nas diferentes etapas da metodologia Agile: planeamento, design, desenvolvimento, testagem, lançamento e recolha de feedback;
  • Aprender sobre fluxos de valores de negócio e como o recurso à tecnologia pode melhorar essas práticas.

    • The selected candidate will join our Client's Global Commercial Operations Digital Technology and Innovation Organization, focusing on the ELMAC Region (including Europe, Latin America, Canada and Africa). As a member of one of our Client's DTI Product teams, you will support different business value streams, such as: Field Engagement, Patient Support Programs, Global Value and Access, Global Data and Analytics and Amgen Capability Center in Portugal. The selected candidate focus should be:

  • Deliver one key innovative capability supporting our customer engagement platform.
  • Participating in the agile ceremonies, including user storytelling, story point estimation, daily stand-up, iteration reviews and retrospectives
  • Develop one proof of concept by creating a use case, researching system capabilities, building a minimal viable product, and demonstrating feature to the Product Team and business stakeholders
  • Learn business values streams and underlying technology against best practices
    • Qualifications
  • Recém-licenciado ou Finalista na área de Engenharia Informática, Estatística Aplicada, Matemática, Tecnologias de Informação ou área relevante para a função;
  • Fluência em inglês, oral e escrita (obrigatório);
  • Bons conhecimentos de informática na ótica do utilizador (Excel obrigatório);
  • Forte interesse pela área das Tecnologias de Informação;
  • Experiência com linguagens de programação (ex: Python, JavaScript, Outsystems, etc.);
  • Atenção ao detalhe, rigor e à priorização de tarefas;
  • Excelentes capacidades de comunicação, organização e responsabilidade;
  • Fortes competências a nível de análise, resolução de problemas e de relacionamento interpessoal.
  • University Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related majors;
  • Fluency in English, oral and written (mandatory);
  • Good computer skills from a user's perspective (Excel is mandatory);
  • Strong interest in Information Technologies;
  • Familiarity with programming languages (e.g. Python, JavaScript, Outsystems, etc.);
  • Strong skills in terms of analysis, attention to detail, problem solving and prioritization of tasks;
  • Excellent oral/written communication skills, organization and responsibility;
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently, curious, and willing to learn.
