    Descrição A reportar à Direção de Marketing e com um contacto internacional constante, este Senior Brand & Product Manager - Fashion Retail terá como principais responsabilidades:

    Desenvolvimento e follow-up do plano de vendas anual e de cada estação, alocação à loja e respetivo forecast, de acordo com as diretrizes da marca e empresa; Seleção e compra de coleções de acordo com o orçamento de compras aprovado e o processo de sell-in; Definição de estratégias de vendas, distribuição, preço e classificação de produto que permitam obter os resultados em alinhamento com o posicionamento da Marca; Gestão das ações de formação sobre produto às equipas; Análise de mercado e respetivo benchmarking, procedendo à elaboração de planos de ação em conformidade; Apresentação do plano de marketing & comunicação da Marca ao departamento de Digital & Marketing de acordo com a estratégia, posicionamento e budget da Marca; Aprovação do plano de marketing no que se refere a lançamentos de produtos, implementação de campanhas e promoções, POS e merchandising; Auditar a implementação de trade marketing nas lojas; Definição do budget anual de custos de Visual Merchandising; Colaborar com a área de Visual Merchandising na decisão de encomendas de vitrines e materiais de POS, dando feedback e sugerindo alterações à estratégia de Visual Merchandising, de acordo com as análises de vendas.

    Perfil ideal Para ser o/a Senior Brand & Product Manager - Fashion Retail que procuramos, terá de ser/ter:

    Formação superior em Marketing, Comunicação, Gestão ou similar; Experiência comprovada na função ou em funções similares, demonstrando autonomia na realização das tarefas acima mencionadas; Será valorizado o conhecimento e interesse pelo acompanhamento das tendências de mercado; Fortes competências analíticas e capacidade para interpretar dados de mercado; Excelentes competências de comunicação e interação com todo o tipo de público; Competências analíticas; Método e rigor, assim como habituação a trabalhar sob pressão e em várias frentes; Autonomia e capacidade de tomada de decisão; Competências ao nível da influência e capacidade de persuasão; Conhecimentos da língua inglesa serão valorizados, assim como espanhóis.
