A sua nova funçãoSer um parceiro de negócio da operação, acompanhando a mesma no que às pessoas diz respeito, de forma proativa, ativa e tentando sempre a melhoria contínua em tudo o que faz e fazemos;Em conjunto com o Diretor da Unidade de Negócios gerir as relações laborais com os representantes dos trabalhadores, estando presente nas reuniões das comissões de trabalhadores;Realizar e coordenar os processos administrativos de RH, de gestão de contratos com trabalhadores e contactos e processos com fornecedores na área RH;Assumir todo o processamento salarial das suas pessoas;Liderar o processo de R&S, admissão e acolhimento;Assumir o bem-estar dos seus colaboradores e trabalhar no seu engagement, seguindo planos em curso, propondo melhorias e assegurando que as mesmas são bem operacionalizadas;Liderar a implementar políticas RH no seu perímetro de responsabilidade (desenvolvimento, diversidade, engagement entre outras), alinhadas com o país e casa mãe;Representar a Empresa em fóruns regionais e/ou nacionais na área de RH e da Mobilidade; O que necessita para ser bem sucedidoFormação superior em áreas como gestão, gestão de recursos humanos, psicologia, ou outras similares;Experiência mínima de 5 anos na área de pessoas, em função similar;Experiência, conhecimento e gosto pelo trabalho inerente ao desenvolvimento de gestão de pessoas;Excelente capacidade de comunicação, relacionamento interpessoal e negociação;Orientação para o negócio, pessoas e capacidade analítica;Curiosidade, autoaprendizagem, vontade de fazer melhor, de fazer crescer e acima de tudo, servir, apoiar e divertir-se com o que fazemos;Nível intermédio de inglês O que a empresa lhe pode oferecer
