    Responsibilities Collaborate with internal stakeholders to craft and communicate scope, progress against milestones, and risk mitigation strategies spanning multiple engineering teams.

    Partner with engineers to solve problems, define solutions, bring clarity, and visibility to complex implementations.
    Provide leadership while partnering with the Technology management team to define go forward strategies.
    Drive programs to a successful conclusion.
    Engage on a select set of broader open-ended programs aimed at continuous improvement for the overall Technology organization.

    Qualifications 5+ years of experience in a related fieldPrior experience in at least two of three areas spanning technical program management, the financial services industry, and consulting for technology and/or financial servicesDegree program in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Administration is a plusPMP certification is a plusAble to influence stakeholders with diverse points of view and be able to build consensusAble to think strategically and connect the dots within the big picture, while also feeling comfortable diving into the details required to ensure successful executionFamiliar with relational database concepts and modeling practicesFamiliar with cloud-based technologies like K8S, AWS, etc.
