- Executing system updates and modifications on behalf of customers and stakeholders.
- Addressing system incidents, diagnosing problems, and restoring services.
- Communicating effectively with stakeholders, providing updates on system status and changes.
- Collaborating within the Support and Operations team and partnering with DevOps to troubleshoot issues.
- Developing and deploying automation scripts and tools.
- Monitoring and enforcing security policies and procedures.
- Creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation for systems and processes.
- Participating in a 24/7 on-call rotation.
- 5+ years of experience in system administration, network management, and infrastructure design.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Linux command line and scripting skills (Python, bash).
- Have experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform.
- Familiarity with AWS, Docker, and virtualization management platforms (e.g., oVirt).
- Strong understanding of monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Kibana, Grafana, Loki, Zabbix.
- Exhibit analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Fluent in English communication, both written and verbal.
