Gestão do Portfolio de contas e territorio atribuído:
desenvolvimento de clientes, detetar oportunidades, eliminar barreiras, relação com os clientes e apresentação da nossa proposta de valor, serviços e/ou produtos.
3. Criar relações sólidas com os clientes do portfolio geridos na conta.4. Assegurar que o cliente obtén a melhor solução às suas necessidades, mediante os diversos departamentos da empresa. 5.Trabalho em equipa con o IKAM:
estabelecendo um plano de contas e desenvolvê-lo de forma adequada para conseguir superar os objetivos previstos/propostos
6 Qualificação de clientes:
entender as necessidades do cliente e potencial de compra a RS, estabelecer forecasts de vendas.7. Planificação de atividades comerciais segundo o plano de cotas estabelecido. Ações corretivas se forem necessárias. 8. Visitas comerciais com claros objetivos e resultados. 9. Gestão e desenvolvimento mediante visitas comerciais dos sites das contas CAM. 10. Gestão de leads (detetar oportunidades). Detetar novas oportunidades de negócio, identificação de prospects e/ou novos clientes. 11. Negociação de oportunidades (projetos, concursos, ofertas, contratos, produtos de baixa procura, etc). Negociação win-to-win seguindo as normas y recomendações da empresa e tendo em conta os KPIs (margem e/ou beneficio). 12. Análise, revisão e seguimento do plano de contas, ações corretivas, se foram necessárias. 13. Atualização da base de dados dos clientes. Detenção de erros. 14. Uso dos sistemas e ferramentas da empresa
