    What does your day-to-day in this role look like:

    • Being an Account Support Specialist,
      You will:

    ‍Manage end-to-end order process and resolve complex billing issues

    Coordinate weekly payment schedules

    ‍Maintain detailed accounts payable records

    Support pricing-related system upgrades and deployments

    Requirements

    What do you need to be successful at this job?

    • Language Maestro: Fluent in Spanish and English
    • At least 2 years of Customer Service Experience
    • Tech Savvy: Curious about the latest tech
    • Experience in Accounts Receivable or Finance will be a plus
    • Customer Charmer: Experience is a bonus
