    Responsibilities

    Join our Product Management department as a Product Owner (all genders) and help us shape the product initiatives in close cooperation with the Product Managers and R&D teams working on them. Act as the interface between development and internal stakeholders and ensure maximum product value.

  • Take over the role of a Product Owner inside an agile Scrum Team and lead and chaperon product initiatives from requirements gathering, until releasing them by supporting Product Managers
  • Work closely with UI/UX designers, Engineers and QA teams to ensure quality standards that bring customer satisfaction and excitement
  • Gather requirements from Product Management and other stakeholders and own the conversion of these requirements into user stories and other supporting documentation
  • Ensure that the development team members understand the why-s, the goals of the product initiatives, and support them fully on coming up with the how-s
  • Support and advance the technical feasibility and intuitive usage of the planned functions making our customers excited about them
  • Developing and communicating product backlog items and continuously refine and prioritizing product backlog items depending on any changes from ongoing (customer) feedback.
  • Thrive in our innovation rich culture by using open communication, having a healthy dose of curiosity while encouraging others to ask questions and explore the unknown
  • Together with product management define the UI using wireframes and mockups to ensure optimal usability and feasibility
  • Constantly verify and challenge our product portfolio with the requirements of our customer
  • Initiate and support Proof of Concept projects with our (potential) costumers

    • Requirements

  • University degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Informatics or any other related subject
  • 4+ years of proven work experience in the following areas: product management, software development or quality assurance
  • Strong technical understanding about the development of enterprise-grade software products
  • Previous coding experience is a plus
  • Experience with scrum and agile processes particularly in Product Development is advantageous
  • Collaborative and pragmatic approach paired with strong communication skills which would support you in advising all key stakeholders successfully by making recommendations on commercial and technical factors
  • Solution-oriented and flexible way of working with ability to respond effectively to shifting priorities, demands and timelines by using analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Challenging mindset, questioning the status quo, pushing boundaries, and seeking innovation while negotiating and explaining product decisions to stakeholders by setting the direction and motivating the team
  • Ability to make decisions independently, recognizing when to escalate for more senior approval
  • Enthusiasm, high motivation and a sense of responsibility with your distinctive team spirit
  • Fluency in English is mandatory, further languages such as Portuguese are a plus
