    Job Description

  • Clients meeting to gathering requirements;
  • Document requirements, create functional specifications and prepare wireframes/flowcharts;
  • Enhance opportunities by identifying new software/service to be developed;
  • Analyze and decompose complex requirements;
  • Perform gap analysis and recommend solutions;
  • Fulfill the role of a subject matter expert in requirement elicitation;
  • Oversee the development of the product as per the specification.

    • Qualifications

  • Ability to interpret business needs;
  • Experience in developing user stories (Agile);
  • Experience in JIRA;
  • Requirements gathering and transposition to user stories (Agile);
  • Process design;
  • Good communication skills in English and Portuguese;
  • Ability to work in multicultural projects and environments;
  • Excellent proactivity sense;
  • Excellent analytical, research, and communication skills;
  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills;
  • Prior client facing experience.

    • To be successful in this role, you will need to be proactive, think creatively and have a problem solver mindset. You will be a strong communicator, able to work effectively in a dynamic team environment, and possess strong attention to detail.
