    Estamos a recrutar Operation Manager, para Multinacional líder em Tecnologias da Informação.

    Funções:

    - Efetuar a gestão de carteira de cliente para ajudar a executar projectos e programas de trabalho, coordenando as entregas dos clientes com os

    coordenadores de recursos e outros recursos técnicos internos.

    - Realização de apoio à equipa na procura ou substituição de recursos (EDE), conforme apropriado, de acordo com o processo.

    - Acompanhamento das entregas em função do calendário e dos custos acordados.

    - Produção de relatórios em relação aos Portfólios de Sucesso do Cliente e contribui para a elaboração de relatórios do programa a nível executivo em relação aos principais objectivos e resultados.

    - Análise e gestão dos problemas e bloqueios de serviço na organização do cliente, trabalhando em estreita colaboração com a Gestão de

    Incidentes em torno de casos reactivos de apoio e equipas técnicas.

    - Trabalha em estreita colaboração com o Grupo de Produtos na gestão e acompanhamento das submissões e relatórios dos Pedidos de Alteração de Design.

    - Gere o consumo do contrato e a previsão das horas e créditos restantes, produzindo relatórios regulares para o CSAM principal.

    - Responsável pela monitorização e informar o CSAM principal e outras partes interessadas sobre os KPIs globais do contrato e informações para atingir os objectivos esperados.

    - Fornecer relatórios proactivos sobre produtos em fim de vida.

  • Horário: Entre as 09h às 19h;
  • Folgas: Fim de semana;
  • Local de trabalho: Lisboa

    REQUISITOS

  • Licenciatura em Gestão ou áreas similares;
  • Fluência em inglês;
  • Certificação ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) Foundation ou certificação equivalente de gestão de serviços.
  • Capacidade de resolução de problemas e de execução de tarefas múltiplas, capaz de estabelecer boas parcerias com outras equipas;

  • Salário Base 2500?/mês Subsídio de Alimentação 5,12?/ dia trabalhado;
