    Our Properties:
    Aethos currently operates five properties and plans to open two more in 2024.

    The hotels in its portfolio include Aethos Milan, Aethos Monte Rosa (located in the Italian Alps), Aethos Saragano (in Umbria), Aethos Corsica, and Aethos Ericeira (north of Lisbon).

    The portfolio consists of a mix of urban and leisure destinations, all aimed at providing an exceptional guest experience.

    Aethos has also recently opened its first members club in Milan, marking the beginning of its global network of members clubs.

    Aethos aims to create a collection of properties that will serve as clusters for its members and guests to enjoy.

    These clusters will comprise a city destination and a countryside or seaside destination within driving distance, offering a diverse range of experiences.

    The first of these clusters is located in Milan and Monte Rosa, and the next cluster will be in Lisbon and Ericeira.


    Overview:

    As the Brand Experience Manager at , you will play a pivotal role in shaping and elevating the guest experience across our unique and authentic portfolio.

    You will be the brand ambassador, driving our commitment to authentic hospitality, sustainability, and memorable moments for our valued guests.

    Working closely with our General Managers and local teams, you will establish and implement processes and systems to ensure every guest's visit is nothing short of exceptional.

    Guest Experience Enhancement:
    Lead the charge in enhancing and continuously improving the guest experience throughout 's distinctive properties. Develop strategies to ensure every guest enjoys a memorable stay that aligns with our company values.


    Brand Ambassador:
    Serve as the brand ambassador for , embodying our commitment to authentic hospitality and sustainability in all interactions with guests, team members, and partners

    Process and System Development:
    Collaborate with General Managers and local teams to design and implement standardized processes and systems that guarantee consistent and outstanding guest experiences

    Training and Development:
    Oversee training programs to empower team members at all levels with the skills and knowledge required to deliver exceptional guest service, emphasizing sustainability and memorable moments

    Guest Feedback Analysis:
    Utilize guest feedback and surveys to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address any shortcomings. Celebrate successes and share best practices to maintain a high level of guest satisfaction.


    Sustainability Initiatives:
    Integrate sustainability practices into the guest experience by identifying opportunities to reduce our environmental footprint and enhance the sense of well-being for our guests

    Innovation and Technology:
    Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technology, and innovations to continuously adapt and enhance the guest experience

    Core Competencies:
    (Not Required but beneficial) Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in hospitality, with a proven track record of driving exceptional guest experiences.
    Strong understanding of sustainability practices and a commitment to incorporating them into the guest experience.
    Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and influence teams.
    Detail-oriented with a strategic mindset and the ability to think creatively.
    Proficient in using technology and software to support guest experience initiatives.
    Passion for authentic hospitality and creating memorable moments for guests.
