    Tripadvisor, a leading travel information site, is seeking a standout individual to head the Machine Learning Team. This team develops advanced AI systems to enhance customer experiences and tailor travel recommendations to fit individual needs.

    What You'll Do:

    • Lead and guide a team of ML engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
    • Set clear goals and provide feedback to help team members grow personally and professionally.
    • Develop strategies to attract and retain talented individuals in the ML engineering field.
    • Oversee the development and deployment of machine learning models, ensuring quality and scalability.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and timelines.
    • Stay updated on the latest ML advancements to drive innovation in products and processes.

    Who You Are:

    • Experienced leader with a deep understanding of ML and a history of managing successful teams.
    • Technical expertise in ML algorithms and frameworks, with strong communication skills.
    • Enjoy working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a passion for innovation.
    • Strategic thinker with a growth mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement.

    Skills & Experience:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
    • 6+ years of ML engineering experience, including team management.
    • Strong technical skills in ML algorithms, deep learning, and software engineering.
    • Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
    • Experience in agile environments and cloud computing platforms is a plus.
