    O que procura nos candidatos We are seeking candidates who meet the following criteria: 1. At least 12 months of direct customer service experience, preferably in contact centers in a B2C and/or B2B environment. 2. Good communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Excellent native-level proficiency in the language of support, both written and spoken. 4. Proactive attitude and strong team spirit. 5. Organizational skills and ability to adapt to new processes, concepts, and skills, recognizing that operations are constantly evolving. 6. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering work accurately, efficiently, and to a high standard. 7. Ability to handle customers' emotions and empathize with their situations. 8. Openness to working flexible hours as required, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Shifts may range from 8 AM to 8 PM, Monday to Sunday.

    Que funções irão desempenhar As a member of our team, your responsibilities will include: 1. Responding to customer queries via phone, email, or chat and identifying their issues. 2. Troubleshooting to find solutions to customer problems. 3. Documenting each action taken and categorizing cases and potential bugs for our engineering team's attention. 4. Providing both general and technical support to customers using our client's paid products. 5. Escalating complex problems according to established procedures.
