    A Knower TM está atualmente em processo de recrutamento de um Team Leader Comercial (M/F/D), para empresa nossa cliente, sediada no Parque das Nações.

    Os Team Leader's (M/F/D) serão responsáveis por:
    • Gestão da equipa;
    • Garantir o alinhamento estratégico da equipa;
    • Analisar o reporting diário e tomar medidas para correção dos desvios;
    • Acompanhar a equipa e desenvolver Planos de Melhoria Contínua

    Requisitos:

    • Experiência em funções de gestão de equipas comerciais / operacionais (preferencial no setor de comunicações);
    • Capacidade de definir processos internos, que promovam a melhoria da performance dos consultores comerciais;
    • Capacidade analítica, de comunicação e de resolução de conflitos;
    • Ferramentas de Office
    • Nível intermédio;
    • Resiliência, foco e proatividade

    Oferta:

    • Horário de 40 horas semanais, das 9h00 às 18h00, com folgas aos fins de semana;
    • Contrato de trabalho;
    • Modelo de trabalho Híbrido;
    • Entrada imediata;
    • Integração em equipa jovem e dinâmica.
