    A Kelly Sales & Office encontra-se a recrutar Técnico de Serviço ao Cliente (m/f) para cliente multinacional no setor de Packaging & Business Supplies, na zona da grande Lisboa.


    Responsabilidades:

    Registo, validação e gestão de pedidos de clientes; Desenvolvimento do portfólio comercial e otimização de vendas; Registo e encaminhamento de dúvidas, reclamações e devoluções; Validação de pedidos de clientes (disponibilidade de produtos, prazos de entrega e preços).

    Report das atividades desenvolvidas.


    Requisitos:

    Formação superior (preferencial) em Gestão, Economia, Administração de Empresas, ou similar; Experiência mínima de 3 anos em vendas à distância (telefónicas, internet, e-commerce e multi-canal), preferencialmente no setor industrial/logística ou transporte; Experiência em CRM e sistemas informáticos; Valorização de idiomas, nomeadamente espanhol e inglês; Capacidade de negociação; Capacidade de trabalhar sob pressão; Orientação para as pessoas e resultados.
