    About Our Client

  • Our client is a well-known multinational service provider company (listed company). Job Description
  • Responsible for P&L, increasing its revenue, growing Region company's business, finding new business opportunities, and increasing the company's brand;
  • Collaborate with senior managers in the development of performance goals and long-term operational plans;
  • Maximise efficiency and productivity through extensive process analysis and interdepartmental collaboration;
  • Set strategic goals for operational efficiency and increased productivity;
  • Work with project managers in the development of financial and budgetary plans;
  • Analyse current operational processes and performance, recommending solutions for improvement where necessary;
  • Develop, implement, and monitor day-to-day operational systems and processes to provide visibility into the goals, progress, and obstacles of key initiatives;
  • Plan, develop, implement the goals of Region;
  • Improve profitability by identifying and capitalizing the new opportunities (production, sales);
  • Manage the daily of Production, Services Centers, Maintenance and small sales team, as well as performance management;
  • Manage high customer satisfaction ratings and service delivery by anticipating potential service problems and monitoring satisfaction;
  • Identify new opportunities to increase region performance;
  • Interacts with key customers. The Successful Applicant
  • Degree in Management, Operations Management, or similar areas;
  • 10+ years's operations/Industrial Units/sales experience, client relationship management, business development, operations management, and team leadership;
  • Superior knowledge of multiple operational functions and principles, including finance, customer service, production, and employee management;
  • Proven ability to plan and manage operational processes for maximum efficiency and productivity;
  • Experience in developing budgets and business plans;
  • Strong working knowledge of data analysis and performance metrics, using business management software (ex: SAP, ERP, CRM);
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and leadership skills;
  • Results-oriented;
  • Must be a good communicator and have skills like listening;
  • Strong organizational skills and able to handle pressure and meet deadlines. What's on Offer
