    Position Overview

    You would serve as the primary point of contact for Field Operations personnel and as a liaison between or among customers, Field Operations and internal business groups.

    Responsabilidades

  • Gains familiarity with Field Service Dispatcher methods, processes and practices.
  • With guidance, performs basic dispatching duties, including: Monitoring Technician status through mobile resource management tools.
  • Checking job pools and schedules to identify unfilled time slots, overbooking, cancellations and other situations.
  • Managing job scheduling, arrival times and shift completions.
  • Assigning or reassigning work to meet evolving customer requirements and commitments.
  • Ensuring Technicians' routes are operationally efficient and aligned with the company and customer expectations.
  • Supervising backfill of daily openings in scheduled routes.
  • Responding to internal and external customers regarding appointment verification, rescheduling and missed appointments.
  • Preparing and / or updating calendars based on work assignments and reassignments.
  • Attends job-related training including initial training, refresher training, product, service, customer updates and cross-training.
  • Reads new or updated reference materials / announcements pertaining to technician schedules, outages, promotions, programming changes, specials, policies and other company business.

    • Qualifications

  • Education or equivalent work experience required.
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in Field Service Dispatch.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • ATMs previous experience.

    Descrição geral do cargo

    Será o principal ponto de contacto do pessoal das operações no terreno e servirá de ligação entre os clientes, as operações no terreno e os grupos empresariais internos.

    Responsabilidades

  • Familiariza-se com os métodos, processos e práticas do Dispatcher de Serviço de Campo.
  • Com orientação, executa tarefas básicas de expedição, incluindo: Monitorizar o estado dos técnicos através de ferramentas de gestão de recursos móveis.
  • Verificar as listas de tarefas e os horários para identificar intervalos de tempo não preenchidos, overbooking, cancelamentos e outras situações.
  • Gerir a programação das tarefas, as horas de chegada e a conclusão dos turnos.
  • Atribuir ou reatribuir trabalho para satisfazer os requisitos e compromissos dos clientes em constante evolução.
  • Assegurar que os percursos dos técnicos são eficientes do ponto de vista operacional e estão em conformidade com as expectativas da empresa e dos clientes.
  • Supervisionar o preenchimento das vagas diárias nas rotas programadas.
  • Responder a clientes internos e externos relativamente à verificação de marcações, reagendamentos e marcações falhadas.
  • Preparar e/ou atualizar calendários com base em atribuições e reatribuições de trabalho.
  • Participar em acções de formação relacionadas com o trabalho, incluindo formação inicial, formação de reciclagem, actualizações de produtos, serviços e clientes e formação cruzada.
  • Leitura de materiais de referência/anúncios novos ou actualizados relativos a horários de técnicos, interrupções de serviço, promoções, alterações de programação, especiais, políticas e outros assuntos da empresa.

    • Qualificações

  • Formação académica ou experiência profissional equivalente.
  • Pelo menos 1 ano de experiência relevante ou combinação equivalente de educação e experiência em expedição de serviços de campo.
  • Boas capacidades de comunicação escrita e verbal.
  • Experiência anterior em ATMs.
