- Receive and process customer requests(emails and Calls) for service or delivery, ensuring accurate recording of relevant details, such as addresses, contact information, and special instructions.
- Assign and dispatch resources.
- Communicate instructions to dispatched resources.
- Maintain accurate records and provide updates to stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise.
- Generate reports and improve dispatching processes.
- Monitor and adhere to relevant regulations, policies, and procedures, such as safety guidelines, traffic regulations, and service level agreements.
- Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to improve dispatch processes and workflows, proposing innovative solutions or system enhancements.
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, concerns, or complaints related to dispatch operations.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in logistics, transportation, or Relevant work experience in Opportunity to Cash is a plus.
- Fluency in French & Dutch (speaking and writing).
- Proven experience in a dispatching or similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse audiences.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to handle a high volume of requests and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions in high-pressure situations or emergency scenarios.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think on your feet and adapt to changing circumstances.
