    The OutSystems Developer Internship and Training Program is an exciting opportunity for individuals looking to reskill and jumpstart their careers in technology.

    As an intern, you will participate in an 8 to 12-week training program that will certify, prepare, and help you apply for a full-time, 1-year paid contract as an OutSystems Developer at one of our hiring partners.

    About the Training Program:

    • You will learn the foundations of software programming and OutSystems development.
    • You will gain handson experience working with the OutSystems platform and apply the learned skills to design, develop, and maintain web and mobile applications.
    • You will also have the opportunity to work in realworld scenarios and collaborate with team members to deliver highquality projects.
    • You will learn to work on projects following the OutSystems Agile Methodology approach.
    • Regular sessions with our coaches will help you develop relevant skills like communication, problemsolving, attention to detail, and time management.

    Background & Requirements:

    • A background in technology is not a requirement
    • Strong logical and mathematical reasoning skills
    • Fluent in spoken and written English
    • Good communication and team collaboration skills
    • Strong desire to learn and reskill in the field of technology
    • Showcase a creative and adaptable mindset with a strong intellectual curiosity
    • Display a strong interest and passion for technology
