- Abrir processos de reclamações;
- Efetuar contactos telefónicos proativos com os clientes;
- Envio de bookings aos agentes para cargas de importação e folllowup dos processos;
- Receber ordens de carga;
- Criação de reservas de exportação;
- Efetuar contactos telefónicos com os clientes;
- Experiência profissional em funções similares;
- Bons conhecimentos de inglês ;
- Bons conhecimentos na ótica do utilizador;
- Viatura Própria (obrigatório);
- Horário de trabalho: 40 horas semanais;
- Vencimento compatível com a função e perfil do candidato;
