    OUTFITTERY ist Europas größter Personal-Shopping-Service. Bezahlt wird nur, was behalten wird, ohne Service-Kosten. Unsere Mission ist dabei, jeden Menschen zu ermutigen, den eigenen Stil zu zeigen.

    Du sprichst Deutsch, lebst in Portugal und hast Lust auf ein internationales Team und Remote-Work? Als Customer Service Agent in Vollzeit (all genders) bieten wir Dir Flexibilität in Deiner Arbeitsgestaltung als auch in Deinen Arbeitszeiten.

    Deine Aufgaben:

    • Du verstehst die Bedürfnisse unserer Kunden, suchst nach der optimalsten Lösung und stellst so die Zufriedenheit unserer Kunden sicher
    • Du bist der erste Ansprechpartner unserer Kunden und hast immer ein offenes Ohr für deren Anliegen. Dabei bemühst du dich stets darum, einen exzellenten Kundenservice zu bieten
    • Du garantierst unseren Kunden einen umfassenden Kundenservice auf all unseren Kommunikationskanälen (E-Mail, Telefon, Social Media)
    • Du pflegst und aktualisierst Kundendaten und stellst dabei eine vollständige Dokumentation sicher
    • Du bist in direktem Kontakt mit anderen Abteilungen, koordinierst Termine, bearbeitest Beschwerden und löst Anfragen zu Zahlungen und Sendungsproblemen
    • Mit Engagement und Eigeninitiative sicherst du eine konstante Optimierung unserer Kommunikation und bei der Qualität unserer Prozesse

    Das bringst du mit:

    • Du hast idealerweise relevante fachliche Erfahrungen im Bereich Customer Service / Customer Care; Wir freuen uns aber auch über motivierte Quereinsteiger
    • Du bist ein wahres Kommunikationstalent, das es liebt täglich in Kontakt zu unseren Kunden zu stehen
    • Du sprichst und schreibst fließend Deutsch und weist sehr gute Englischkenntnisse vor
    • Exzellenter Kundenservice macht Dir Spaß
    • Du liebst es im Team zu arbeiten
    • Idealerweise hast du gute Kenntnisse in den Programmen G Suite und / oder Microsoft Office und hast bereits Erfahrung mit Ticketsystemen wie z.B Freshdesk oder Zendesk
