    Local: Parque das Nações (Híbrido) HORÁRIO:

    • De 2af a 6afeira, das 9h às 18h

    FUNÇÕES:

    • Compreender a "mecânica" de cada campanha bem como os respetivos Termos & Condições, de forma a clarificar dúvidas e questões;
    • Garantir que todos os emails são tratados dentro dos níveis de serviço definidos;
    • Gestão de reclamações;
    • Assegurar tarefas de backoffice associadas à gestão de cada campanha em vigor, de forma a garantir resposta de acordo com o SLA definido;
    • Garantir um atendimento ao cliente com elevado profissionalismo e eficiência promovendo a satisfação dos clientes;
    • Garantir contacto com fornecedores / parceiros de forma a assegurar reservas / encomendas / compras de acordo com os requisitos e mecânicas de cada Campanha.

    REQUISTOS:

    • Habilitações literárias mínimas ao nível do 12o ano de escolaridade;
    • Experiência em atendimento ao cliente (preferencial);
    • Gosto e aptidão pelo atendimento e suporte ao cliente (telefónico e via email);
    • Boa capacidade de comunicação oral e escrita;
    • Iniciativa, proatividade e capacidade de trabalhar em equipa;
    • Capacidade analítica e espírito crítico;
    • Forte orientação para o cliente.
