    We have offices in Lisbon and Oporto and we are a specialized consultant in Management, Implementation, Development and Maintenance of Information Systems.

    We have more than 150 active partners and we operate in sectors such as banking, insurance, telecommunications, services, energy and transports.

    What are you going to do?
    Leading the definition and implementation of the Testing Strategy and subsequent coordination of resources, tasks, risks, dependencies, and service requirements;
    Collaborate with delivery managers, product owners, and other stakeholders to align the Test Strategy with program goals;
    Comfortable defining, implementing, and managing the functional and non-functional test stages across varied;
    Define testing objectives, scope, and entry/exit criteria for each workstream within the program;
    Define and track relevant quality metrics, KPI's;
    Roll out of clear, concise, and consistent test reporting;
    Incident management;
    Preparation of reports for Bi-Weekly Management Committee;

    What are we looking for?
    Proficient in Confluence, JIRA and JIRA Xray;
    Experience of working in a fast-paced agile environment and the ability to work under pressure;
    Excellent oral and written communication skills;
    Master in QA Methodologies;
    Excellent attention to detail, analytical and troubleshooting skills;
    Fluent in English - Written and Spoken;
    Proven Test Management and skills in relation to Agile/DevOps set up within projects.
