    Located in the heart of Lisbon, Webasto Portugal is a Business Service Center (WBS), part of the Webasto Group.

    Responsibilities:

    • Act as a core member of the distributed IT SAP HCM application team responsible for support and enhancement projects in a complex and integrated IT landscape in HR;
    • Daily incident solving in HCM PA, PT, PY, OM (2nd and 3rd level support);
    • Map requirements, processes and objectives, develop necessary product modifications to satisfy business requirements. Document AS-IS and TO-BE by identifying gaps, issues and work around solutions; supervise development activities when needed;
    • Support the global SAP ECC HR Rollout, SuccessFactors Implementation, FIORI.

    Requirements:

    • 3+ years working in HCM area, preferably with experience implementing largescale complex ERP initiatives on a global / enterprise level;
    • High level of commitment, responsibility, selfmotivation and organization;
    • Strong communication skills;
    • Demonstrated expertise in SAP HCM and handson configuration experience;
    • Demonstrated expertise in Time Management, and Payroll with a focus on schema & Rules;
    • Availability to work with both remote (DE, US) and inhouse (PT) teams;
    • Experience at working and collaborating in an international team environment;
    • Selfdependent way of working, organized and building up official documentation;
    • Commitment and proactivity;
    • Willingness to take over responsibility;
    • Strong interpersonal and good communication skills;
    • Analytic and interdivisional thinking and acting;
    • SAP S/4 HANA knowledge is a plus;
    • Success Factors knowledge is a plus;
    • Willingness to travel to Germany;
    • Fluent in English (mandatory), German skills are a plus.
