- Gerir plataformas de monitorização de sistemas e comunicações;
- Gerir infraestruturas de virtualização on-premises ou cloud.
- Manter a documentação da infraestrutura atualizada.
- Trabalhar com parceiros internos e externos na gestão dos problemas/incidentes/evoluções e respetiva comunicação.
- Licenciatura em Engenharia informática ou similar.
- Experiência em administração de infraestruturas IT: servidores, redes e aplicações baseadas em sistemas Microsoft e Linux.
- Experiência comprovada em sistemas VMWare, Xen server, e em Azure (SaaS e PaaS).
- Experiência em networking e equipamentos de rede (Fortinet, Checkpoint, Watchguard).
- Experiência em PowerShell.
- Experiência em projetos de implementação de automação/robotização de processos.
- Bons conhecimentos de inglês.
- Formação ITIL, será um plus.
- Autonomia e sentido de responsabilidade.
- Orientação para o cliente e para resolução de problemas.
- Boa capacidade de relacionamento interpessoal.
