- Analisar e alterar programas de autómatos, no âmbito de avarias ou de melhorias;
- Modificar consolas HMI;
- Gerir backups de programas de autómatos, robots e outros periféricos, de forma a garantir que estão sempre disponíveis e actualizados;
- Gerir níveis hierárquicos de acesso a equipamentos, através da uniformização e proposta de soluções que garantam a qualidade do produto e a segurança de pessoas e máquinas;
- Auxiliar a equipa em intervenções no âmbito de avarias ou melhorias, nomeadamente no campo da potência ou comando;
- Participar activamente na análise ABC dos custos e tempos de paragens com vista a propor soluções de melhoria;
- Promover a difusão de conhecimento no seio da equipa sobre novas tecnologias ou dispositivos no âmbito da automação industrial;
- Participar na instalação dos novos equipamentos e a sua entrada em funcionamento;
- Realizar as tarefas de acordo com os requisitos HSE (Saúde, Segurança e Ambiente).
- Habilitações Literárias Mínimas: 12.o ano de escolaridade;
- Com o nível de Formação mencionado e experiência profissional de 3 anos em funções similares (preferencial).
- Programação de Autómatos Siemens (Step7 e TIA Portal);
- Programação de consolas HMI (Siemens e ProFace);
- Conhecimentos de redes de comando 24V;
- Conhecimentos de sistemas de movimento servocontrolado;
- Apetência natural para novas tecnologias;
- Capacidade de aprendizagem;
- Responsabilidade e transparência;
- Motivação e capacidade de trabalho em equipa;
- Iniciativa e dinamismo.
