- Have a minimum of 1-2 years experience in an SDR role within a SaaS business ;
- Proven 2-year track record of consistently delivering high levels of success in B2B complex sales;
- Previous experience working with People, Culture (HR), and Learning, and Development buyers;
- Have a natural ability to build and maintain rapport with a diverse range of buyers;
- Technical and complex sales acumen;
- Obsession with building forward-thinking prospecting plans;
- A validated creative & customer-centric approach to landing new opportunities;
- Proven ability to set, meet, and exceed KPIs and performance goals;
- Evidence of outstanding communication capabilities across all channels of communications;
