    Keyrus is seeking a seasoned Tech Leadto oversee a dynamic team in a large-scale migration initiative for a leading financial institution, from SAS Data Integration Studioto PySpark.

    You'll play a pivotal role in orchestrating the migration strategy, ensuring seamless integration, and overseeing the technical direction to ensure a successful transition.


    Your Duties and Responsibilities:
    Lead the migration initiative from SAS DI to PySpark, overseeing and guiding the team's efforts.
    Architect, design, and implement PySpark-based solutions aligned with project goals.
    Provide technical mentorship, guidance, and direction to junior team members.
    Optimize data pipelines, algorithms, and processes for maximum efficiency and performance.
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver robust solutions.
    Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to PySpark data processing.
    Document code, processes, and solutions for knowledge sharing and future reference.


    About You:
    8+ years ofexperience with PySpark and SAS DIPreviousleadership experienceExpertise in Python or Scala programming languages for data processing tasksStrong understanding of SQL,data structures, algorithms, and optimization techniquesExcellent problem-solving abilities and effective communication skillsFluent in English (French is a Plus)

    Must be a Portuguese or European citizen or having a work permit for PortugalNice-to-have:
    Previous experience with Azure Synapse AnalyticsPrior experience leading or managing teams in large-scale data migration projectsFamiliarity with cloud platforms (e.g.

    AWS, Azure, GCP) for data processing tasksProficiency in data warehousing concepts and ETL processesAt Keyrus Portugal, we offer:
