About the Role
As an Administration Intern, you will be exposed to various aspects of HR operations within Gapstars. This internship offers a hands-on learning experience, providing opportunities to develop essential skills and knowledge in office management. You will work directly with Gapstars HR Manager to support various HR functions and contribute to the overall success of our Hub in Lisbon.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment and Selection:
Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates.
Support the onboarding process for new hires.
2. Employee Relations:
Assist in handling employee inquiries and concerns.
Participate in employee engagement initiatives.
Contribute to the development and growth of our office.
3. Training and Development:
Assist in organizing training materials and resources.
Collect feedback and evaluate training effectiveness.
Keep track of our Gapstars Academy training for employees.
4. HR Administration:
Maintain employee records and HR databases.
