    About the job:
    • Assist customers by phone or written support
    • Provide high-level advice and updated help guides
    • Ensure quick response time and top-notch service
    • For sales and marketing roles, assist businesses in promoting digital marketing tools
    Requirements:
    • Native Hebrew + B2 English
    • Problem-solving and service-minded skills
    • Previous experience for sales and marketing positions
    • Eligible to work in Portugal
