    A Mazars está a recrutar HR & Payroll Assistant para integrar a nossa equipa especializada em Payroll da área Outsourcing do escritório de Lisboa.

    A função a desempenhar consiste no apoio aos seguintes pontos:

    • Processamento salarial para clientes de natureza diversa;
    • Declarações fiscais e mapas de impostos;
    • Mapas de reporting;
    • Gestão de tarefas administrativas relacionadas com Payroll;
    • Outras tarefas associadas

    Perfil:

    • Experiência profissional até 3 anos na função (fator eliminatório);
    • Formação académica superior em Gestão de Recursos Humanos, Gestão, Finanças, Contabilidade ou similares (fator preferencial);
    • Conhecimentos sólidos de Legislação Laboral e outros instrumentos acessórios;
    • Conhecimentos da língua inglesa e/ou francesa;
    • Domínio na ótica do utilizador do Microsoft Office, nomeadamente Word e Excel;
    • Gosto pelo contacto com o cliente;
    • Capacidade de comunicação, adaptação e de organização;
    • Dinamismo, espírito positivo e de iniciativa;
    • Team player;
    • Interesse pela aprendizagem contínua
