    • Maintain accurate sales-related documentation and reports for the Managing Director.
    • Support daily departmental operations and maintain organized client files.
    • Assist with general office tasks and coordinate regular mailers to agents.
    • Represent the company at travel fairs and business trips, promoting its services.
    • Prepare and organize travel arrangements and appointments for promotional activities.
    • Foster client relationships through timely communication and assistance.
    • Coordinate event logistics, ensure delegate satisfaction, and liaise with suppliers for quality services.
