Proposer des expériences culinaires venues d'ailleurs et faire voyager nos consommateurs Job DescriptionCollect invoices from share drives in digital format;Maintenance of AP module (vendors data) ;Manual entries in AP module (vendors invoices in excel or PDF) ;EDI process in AP module (experience in implementation and supervision);Vendors reconciliations (monthly);Archive documents with journal numbers and vouchers identifications in the share drives;Accomplish all the deadlines to ensure monthly and annual closings;Ensure compliance with the local's fiscal obligations;Other duties as assignedQualificationsMinimum: Frequency in University in Accounting, Management or equivalentProfessional experience in accounting 8-10 years in multinational environmentFluent English (mandatory), French and Spanish is a plusGood MS Office knowledge, of which high-level in Excel is mandatory, EDI in AP, and Dynamics is a plusTeam oriented in multicultural work environmentSomeone that is dynamic, shows initiative and is proactive#J-18808-Ljbffr
