    Wir suchen aktuell nach deutschsprachigen Customer & Client-Support-Mitarbeitern, die kurzfristig in der pulsierenden Hauptstadt Portugals - Lissabon - beruflich durchstarten wollen. Als erster Ansprechpartner für Kunden legst du ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten an den Tag und kannst freundlich und problemlösungsorientiert beraten. In den vergangenen Jahren konnte beobachtet werden, wie Streaming-Unternehmen und Websites Zuschauer von klassischem Fernsehen zu neuen Diensten und Geräten locken. Dieses Projekt ist ein Support-Projekt für einen dieser Dienste - die weltweit beliebteste Video-Streaming-Website mit dem "Y". Du wirst Teil eines multikulturellen Teams sein, welches in Lissabon ansässig ist und herausragenden Multichannel-Support für die Benutzer der Plattform bietet. Du wirst Kundenanfragen per Telefon, E-Mail und Chat bearbeiten, um Kundenprobleme zu identifizieren, die Fehlersuche durchzuführen und zur Lösung zu gelangen.

    Zu deinem Aufgabenfeld:

    • Beantworten von Kundenanfragen per Telefon (eher die Ausnahme), E-Mail oder Chat
    • Identifizierung der Probleme des Kunden
    • Durchführung von Fehlerbehebungen zur Lösungsfindung
    • Dokumentation jeder durchgeführten Aktion
    • Kategorisierung von Fällen und möglichen Fehlern
    • Unterstützung von Kunden bei der Nutzung kostenpflichtiger Produkte
    • Eskalation komplexer Probleme gemäß festgelegter Verfahren

    Zu deinem Profil:

    • fließende Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens C1-Niveau, idealerweise Muttersprache)
    • B2-Niveau in Englisch
    • Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten (mündlich und schriftlich) und zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten
    • Schnelle Auffassungsgabe und Anpassungsfähigkeit beim Erlernen neuer Prozesse, Konzepte und Fähigkeiten
    • Ausgezeichnete organisatorische Fähigkeiten und Zeitmanagement
    • Mindestens 12 Monate direkte Erfahrung im Kundenservice erforderlich, vorzugsweise in Kontaktzentren im B2C- und/oder B2B-Umfeld
    • Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, sowohl verbal als auch schriftlich
    • Exzellente muttersprachliche schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in der unterstützten Sprache
    • Proaktive Einstellung und starkes Teamgefühl
    • Organisiert sein und in der Lage sein, neue Prozesse, Konzepte und Fähigkeiten zu erlernen sowie zu verstehen, dass eine Operation ein sich ständig verändernder Organismus ist
    • Starke Aufmerksamkeit für Details und der Wunsch, präzise, effizient und auf hohem Niveau zu arbeiten
    • Fähigkeit, nicht nur mit den Emotionen der Kunden umzugehen, sondern auch mit dem Fall des Kunden mitzufühlen
    • Offenheit für flexible Arbeitszeiten nach Bedarf (kann Abende, Wochenenden und/oder Feiertage umfassen) / Schichten: 8 Uhr morgens bis 8 Uhr morgens / Montag bis Sonntag
