    Responsabilidadesda função:

    Este estágiopermitirá desenvolver competências técnico-profissionais e relacionais numamultinacional líder no setor da Saúde. Integrado na equipa de assistência técnicada Siemens Healthineers, participará nas diferentes fases do processo depós-venda de equipamentos médicos, na área de imagem: Raio-X, Medicina Nucleare Tomografia Computorizada.

    Principais tarefasa desenvolver:

  • Suporte ao planeamento e preparaçãodo local de instalação;
  • Suporte à preparação e instalaçãodos equipamentos nas instalações do cliente;
  • Suporte à integração nainfraestrutura de IT do cliente;
  • Suporte à formação aosutilizadores;
  • Contacto próximo com o cliente esuporte no diagnóstico e resolução de problemas;
  • Suporte em funções de manutençãopreventiva e corretiva;
  • Articulação com a equipe deBackoffice, de forma a garantir elevados níveis de satisfação do cliente.

    • Requisitos:

  • Formação em Engenharia Eletrónica,Eletrotécnica ou similar;
  • Proatividade na procura de soluçõesjunto com os colegas de equipa (Service Engineers, Application Specialists eVendas);
  • Dinamismo e vontade de aprender;
  • Inglês fluente (fundamental);
