- Efectuarás o atendimento ao paciente/cliente, com base nos níveis de serviço e de qualidade definidos pela empresa
- Registarás correctamente em sistema informático todos os pedidos, reclamações ou questões efectuadas pelo paciente, e/ou se necessário encaminhá-las para o departamento/pessoa responsável
- Efectuarás todas as chamadas outbound definidas pela empresa
- Assegurarás a qualidade de dados, bem como a segurança e protecção dos mesmos
- Executarás tarefas administrativas complementares
- Tens formação académica ao nível do 12.o ano de escolaridade
- Tens experiência mínima de dois anos em funções de serviço de apoio ao cliente e administrativas de natureza semelhante
- Possuis bons conhecimentos em informática (Office – Word e Excel)
- O teu espanhol é fluentes (falado e escrito) e possuis bom nível de inglês (falado e escrito). Português será também valorizado
- Gostas de comunicar e tens enfoque na satisfação do cliente
- Tens facilidade de gestão de situações de conflito
- Possuis sentido de responsabilidade e disponibilidade
