    The Change Management and Operational Acceptance Lead is responsible for ensuring that the Change management process governs all changes in the production environment to ensure business risk is minimized and understood.

    This role will be responsible for the execution and ongoing improvements of the Change and Operational acceptance process.


    You will be:

    • Responsible for the execution of the standardized process which fits the requirements of the organization and is measurable.
    • Responsible for the CAB agenda, weekly RFC review prior to CAB, successful management of weekly CAB meetings, Change compliance controls, ongoing review, and closure of Change records.
    • Accountable for ensuring the RFC submitted meets the quality standards.
    • Accountable for ensuring communication requirements are followed.
    • Responsible for monitoring and identifying Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) concerns or improvements.
    • Develop and maintain Change dashboard
    • Act as the expert for Change
    • Responsible for the execution of Operational Acceptance through the change process to ensure modified and new services are transitioned successfully into business-as-usual support model.
