    Esta transformação consegue-se utilizando as frameworks Atlassian e as metodologias ágeis mais adequadas .É aplicável não só aos processos de Ciclo de Desenvolvimento do Software mas também a qualquer tipo de processo interno de médias ou grandes organizações.

    Quais as principais responsabilidades? Enquanto Atlassian Technical Consultant irás ajudar os nossos clientes a melhorarem continuamente os processos das organizaçõese aimplementar e geriro ecossistema de produtos Atlassianpara todas as equipas.

    Reunir com clientes paracompreender as regras de negócioe traduzi-las em requisitos funcionais e técnicosParticipar nasespecificações de requisitos, desenho, entregas, planeamento de sprints, reviews e retrospetivasParticipar nodesenvolvimento de soluçõese executar testes, training e documentação, utilizando asboas práticasda indústria e da AtlassianPesquisar apps e plugins de parceiros da Atlassianque possam acelerar o desenvolvimento e implementação de vários user stories ou melhoriasCoordenar e ajudar nosupgrades ao sistema de JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket e Service ManagementAplicar costumizações built-in e third party add-ons para estender as funcionalidades do JIRA / Confluence de acordo com as necessidades, verificando dependências e restriçõesGerir tickets para assegurar a resolução de problemas em tempo útil para os utilizadores finaisFormação técnica na área de TICapacidades de troubleshooting e resolução de problemasna sua raiz, pensando ao nível do sistema, percebendo o contexto mais abrangente de utilização e performance das ferramentasCapacidade de comunicação verbal e escritapara trabalhar com membros da equipa no sentido de juntar e compreender os requisitos do negócio e traduzi-los na melhor solução JIRA / ConfluenceCapacidade depriorizaros múltiplos pedidos e corresponder às deadlinesInteresse e motivação para ser um profissional deAtlassian CertificadoCapacidade de trabalhar numambiente sempre em mudança, dinâmico e ágilGosto por trabalho em equipa e pelaresolução de problemas complexosLicenciatura e/ou Mestrado em Engenharia Informática ou similarExperiência de utilização deGITe ferramentas AtlassianExperiência com metodologias e abordagens ágeis como scrum Autorizo que os dados pessoais que agora submeto, sejam processados pela Xpand IT para efeitos de Recrutamento e Marketing, como seja receber informação sobre oportunidades de emprego, processo de candidatura e notícias, assim como declaro ter lido e aceite as políticas de privacidade e tratamento de dados, disponibilizadas em Privacy Policy e Terms of Use Viana do Castelo Seguro de Saúde Protocolos e Parceiros
