    Our client is a leading provider of cold logistics solutions specialized in the transportation and storage of food products. With a focus on maintaining the integrity and freshness of perishable goods, they ensure efficient and reliable cold chain management for their clients across various industries.

    Client Details

    Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead sales and drive revenue growth in the cold logistics sector. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, acquiring new customers, and nurturing existing relationships to achieve business objectives.

    Description

    • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets and business objectives.
    • Identify market opportunities and trends in the cold logistics sector for food products.
    • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform sales strategies and positioning.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation.
    • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, effectively managing sales cycles from lead generation to closure.
    • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop targeted campaigns and promotional materials.
    • Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target industries, including food manufacturers, distributors, and retailers.
    • Understand client needs and requirements, proposing tailored cold logistics solutions to address their challenges.
    • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expertise on cold chain management and logistics best practices.
    • Manage sales processes and workflows, ensuring timely and accurate execution of sales activities.
    • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for senior management, analyzing sales performance and identifying areas for improvement.
    • Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, manage leads, and measure sales productivity.
      Profile

      Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field;
      Proven experience in sales management or business development roles within the logistics industry, preferably in cold chain or food logistics.
      Strong understanding of cold chain management principles and practices, with knowledge of temperature-controlled transportation and storage (preferable).
      Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth in a competitive market environment.
      Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
      Strategic thinker with analytical problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
      Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
