- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for senior management, analyzing sales performance and identifying areas for improvement.
- Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, manage leads, and measure sales productivity.
ProfileBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field;
Proven experience in sales management or business development roles within the logistics industry, preferably in cold chain or food logistics.
Strong understanding of cold chain management principles and practices, with knowledge of temperature-controlled transportation and storage (preferable).
Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth in a competitive market environment.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
Strategic thinker with analytical problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
