- Identificar oportunidades para a proposta NOS Smart Home e na abordagem ao setor imobiliário
- Acompanhar as novidades do setor imobiliário e identificação dos players e projetos relevantes
- Apresentação da proposta de valor NOS Smart Home e realização de visita à Demo House com promotores/ parceiros
- Presença nos eventos do setor
- Identificar parceiros chave no setor
- Realização, negociação e fecho de propostas comerciais
- Acompanhamento de contrato e a faturação
- Estruturação e organização na entrega dos projetos para as equipas internas na NOS Procuramos um profissional com :
- Ensino superior completo
- Experiência comprovada em funções semelhantes, com foco em negociação e abordagem comercia
- Autonomia, proatividade e sentido crítico
- Conhecimentos técnicos em eletricidade/domótica
- Resiliência e capacidade de resolução de problemas
- Fluência em inglês (a nível de conversação)
- Conhecimentos para trabalhar com Autocad e KNX Oferecemos :
