    Oportunidade única de ingressar numa empresa multinacional de renome a nível mundial A sua nova função

    Terá como principais responsabilidades:

    • Planear e programar a gestão das atividades de vendas para atingir os objetivos de receitas, supervisionando campanhas comerciais como feriados, 6 de julho, Dia da Mãe, Dia do Pai, vendas de verão, etc.
    • Monitorizar a experiência do cliente (CX) nos processos de carrinho de compras e de checkout, iniciando ações corretivas em colaboração com o analista do site.
    • Gerir as comunicações transacionais póscompra, incluindo o acompanhamento da encomenda (EDD), o ParcelLab, o correio eletrónico e as interações da equipa de assistência.
    • Estabelecer SLAs e assegurar a visibilidade das operações de Serviço ao Cliente, Gestão de Encomendas, Cash to Order e Logística.
    • Gerir os inquéritos Net Promoter Score (NPS) póscompra, assegurando que são tomadas medidas para atingir o NPS pretendido.
    • Gerir o projeto de implementação da funcionalidade do site em colaboração com os proprietários de produtos e o responsável pelo DXP.
    • Definir o âmbito da nova funcionalidade comercial e de checkout com fornecedores terceiros (por exemplo, Extend, AfterPay, Forter, ParcelLab) em colaboração com especialistas internos na matéria (SMEs).
    • Coordenar a implementação da estratégia e da funcionalidade de preços dinâmicos.
    • Estabelecer um modelo operacional entre as vendas de comércio eletrónico e os parceiros da cadeia de valor.
    • Mapear as mensagens transaccionais em diferentes plataformas para mensagens e inquéritos póscompra.
    • Estabelecer uma estratégia de base de conhecimento de comércio eletrónico e iniciar processos de documentação e propriedade. O que necessita para ser bemsucedido

    Procuramos um profissional com:
    É essencial ter experiência anterior na liderança de operações globais de comércio eletrónico.
    - É preferível a proficiência nas plataformas Hybris e Salesforce.

    • Independência e responsabilidade demonstradas na gestão de projectos complexos.
    - É altamente desejável uma sólida formação em marketing e finanças.

    • Mínimo de 5 anos de experiência em funções semelhantes no sector do comércio eletrónico.
    • A experiência de trabalho em mercados internacionais, nomeadamente nas regiões da UE e APAC, é vantajosa.
    • Fluente em inglês escrito e falado.
    • Familiaridade com Jira, Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
    • Experiência de trabalho em equipas estruturadas em Agile.
    • Atenção aos pormenores.
    • Compreensão do desenvolvimento de processos, tendo em conta a descrição da função. O que a empresa lhe pode oferecer
