    A Noesis procura candidatos com o seguinte perfil:

    Principais Tarefas e Responsabilidades:

  • Gestão do ciclo de event management;
  • Melhorar a qualidade da informação dos eventos existentes (dar mais detalhe funcional, negócio e impacto);
  • Garantir que os eventos criados no Dynatrace são dirigidos às equipas corretas;
  • Criar indicadores com o tempo resolução dos problemas;
  • Identificação de trends ( se o problema se repete sobre a mesma entidade/CI);
  • Verificar qual o impacto dos problemas abertos (Infrastructure,services,application);
  • Controlo do número de eventos vs número de incidentes e que ações podem ser tomadas para reduzir falsos positivos;
  • Controlar qual o rácio de incidentes relevantes que têm origem na monitorização e que medidas são necessárias para maior eficiência a nível operacional;
  • Acompanhamento de problemas de IRT e resposta à implementação das medidas de mitigação no que diz respeito a gaps de monitorização;
  • Documentação dos alertas configurados nos ambientes, com a informação de quais os grupos resolutores, severidades, tresholds e ações (N1,N2,N3).Requisitos:
  • Familiaridade com a plataforma Dynatrace ou ferramentas similares de monitorização e análise de desempenho de aplicações e infraestrutura;
  • Capacidade para analisar dados e métricas de desempenho para identificar tendências, problemas recorrentes e oportunidades de melhoria;
  • Conhecimento abrangente sobre a infraestrutura de TI, serviços de aplicações e o seu impacto nos negócios;
  • Experiencia em documentar processos, procedimentos e alertas de monitorização.
