    Werde Teil des internationalen und dynamischen Teams unseres Kunden in Lissabon und starte deine Karriere im Vertrieb.

    Deine Aufgaben und dein Einfluss als Lead Generator werden sein:
    Cold Calling von Leads aus einer bestimmten Liste potenziell interessierter Kunden
    Identifizieren von Leads und Abrufen von Kontaktinformationen online
    Planung von Besprechungen für das Verkaufsteam, um die Verhandlungen zu führen und den Lead zu schließen
    Verwendung eines CRM-Tools (Salesforce) zur Verfolgung der täglichen Aktivitäten in Bezug auf Prospektion und Opportunity-Management.

    Fähigkeiten, Qualifikationen und Interessen, die du brauchst, um in dieser Rolle erfolgreich zu sein:
    Muttersprachliche Deutschkenntnisse und fließende Englischkenntnisse
    Vorzugsweise Erfahrung im Outbound Sales und Business Development
    Gute Selbstorganisation und Zeitmanagementfähigkeiten
    Ein Teamplayer mit hoher sozialer Kompetenz zu sein
    Energiegeladen, innovativ sein und proaktiv und schnell arbeiten
    Begeisterung für interkulturelle Kommunikation und den Lebensstil der Expatriates
    In Portugal leben oder bereit sein, für eine internationale Karriere und Lebenserfahrung nach Portugal zu ziehen
    Im Besitz einer gültigen portugiesischen Arbeitserlaubnis (erforderlich).

    Was ist für dich drin?
    Vertragsart: Ein befristeter Vertrag, der jedes Jahr verlängert werden kann. Arbeitszeiten: Vollzeit, Mo-Fr, 9 bis 18 Uhr
    Ausbildung: Starte deine Karriere mit intensiven Schulungen, die das Unternehmen seinen neuen Mitarbeitern bietet.
    Gehaltsbedingungen(*): Es gibt 2 Möglichkeiten:
    Inklusive freier Unterkunft (WG, alle Nebenkosten inklusive): 950€ brutto/Monat
    Ohne Unterkunft: 1310€ brutto/Monat
    Bonus: Leistungsbonus von bis zu 150€ brutto/Monat
    (*) Vergütung während der Ausbildungszeit bei Erfolg (10 Tage): 50% Ihres Stundenlohns (niedrigere Steuern).
    Relocation-Paket für internationale Bewerber:
    Erstattung der anfänglichen Flugkosten nach 9 Monaten
    Flughafen Abholung
    Jährliches Hin- und Rückflugticket zurück in dein Heimatland (innerhalb der EU)
    Hilfe bei Formalitäten, Eröffnung eines Bankkontos usw. bei deiner Ankunft.
