    Venha fazer parte da Hilton e faça parte de algo verdadeiramente especial Como Night Manager estará responsável pela supervisão noturna da equipa de Front Office, garantindo que os hóspedes tenham uma experiência excepcional, desde o check-in até o check-out.

    Um Night Manager é responsável por gerir as primeiras impressões dos hóspedes e, portanto, deve executar as seguintes tarefas:

    • Realizar todos os procedimentos de auditoria noturna
    • Compreender e aplicar todos os procedimentos necessários de acordo com a política do hotel
    • Assumir a responsabilidade pelo hotel durante o período nocturno
    Requisitos :
    O Night Manager está sempre a trabalhar em nome dos hóspedes e em parceria com a restante equipa.

    Para cumprir com sucesso esta função deve possuir os seguintes requisitos:

    • Possuir experiência anterior na função;
    • Fluência em inglês (outras línguas estrangeiras serão apreciadas);
    • Atitude positiva, capacidade de liderança e forte comunicação;
    • Total orientação para a satisfação do cliente e para a qualidade do serviço;
    • Ser preciso no seu trabalho;
    • Capacidade para responder a situações de trabalho que possam ocorrer durante o período noturno;
    • Ter fortes capacidades analíticas e elevado sentido de responsabilidade;
    • Conhecimentos informático, particularmente com fortes conhecimentos do MS Excel;
