    Rejoignez une équipe dynamique en tant que Gestionnaire de Client - Key Account Manager, où vous serez responsable de la gestion de clients avec une expertise particulière en comptabilité et fiscalité.

    Mission :

    En tant que membre de l'équipe de Key Account Managers, vos principales fonctions incluent la gestion de comptes clients, l'établissement de relations solides sur la durée, et le développement de stratégies pour la fidélisation et la rétention de clients. Vous appliquez vos connaissances en comptabilité et fiscalité, ainsi que des compétences analytiques et techniques pour résoudre des défis comptables et fiscaux.

    Junte-se a uma equipa dinâmica como Gestor de Clientes - Key Account Manager, onde será responsável pela gestão de clientes com especializações em contabilidade e fiscalidade.

    Missão:

    Enquanto membro da equipa de Key Account Managers, as suas principais funções incluem a gestão de contas de clientes, a construção de relações fortes ao longo do tempo e o desenvolvimento de estratégias de fidelização e retenção de clientes. Aplicará os seus conhecimentos contabilísticos e fiscais, bem como as suas competências analíticas e técnicas, para resolver desafios contabilísticos e fiscais.

    CANDIDAT RECHERCHÉ
    Prérequis :

    Langues : Maîtrise du français/portugais ; bon niveau d'anglais
    Connaissance comptable et fiscale : maîtriser les principes de la comptabilité et de la fiscalité.
    Gestion de comptes clients : expérience dans la gestion de comptes clients avec identification d'opportunités d'upselling et de cross-selling.
    Expérience en cabinets comptables : connaissance des opérations dans un contexte de cabinets comptables.
    Compétences :

    Orienté Client : Développer des relations solides avec les clients et partenaires.
    Proactif : Anticiper les besoins des clients et présenter des solutions.
    Communicatif : Excellentes compétences de communication orale et écrite en français et portugais.
    Collaboratif : Travailler efficacement au sein d'une équipe spécialisée et multidisciplinaire.
    Pré-requisitos :

    Línguas: Fluência em francês/português; bom nível de inglês.
    Conhecimentos contabilísticos e fiscais: domínio dos princípios contabilísticos e fiscais.
    Gestão de contas de clientes: experiência na gestão de contas de clientes e na identificação de oportunidades de upselling e cross-selling.
    Experiência em empresas de contabilidade: conhecimento das operações no contexto de uma empresa de contabilidade.

    Competências :

    Orientação para o cliente: Desenvolver relações sólidas com clientes e parceiros.
    Proactividade: antecipar as necessidades dos clientes e apresentar soluções.
    Comunicativo: Excelente capacidade de comunicação oral e escrita em francês e português.
    Colaboração: Trabalhar eficazmente no seio de uma equipa especializada e multidiscipli
