- Atuação no mercado do Distrito do Porto em linha com a estratégia comercial;
- Responsável pela gestão da agência, com foco no cumprimento dos objetivos comerciais e budget definido;
- Coordenação da equipa, garantindo a formação e execução dos processos em linha com as diretrizes e qualidade do serviço;
- Prospeção comercial e angariação de novos clientes;
- Elaboração e negociação de propostas comerciais e apresentação de serviços com o processo diferenciados e em linha com necessidade dos clientes; Requisitos: · Formação académica superior, preferencialmente em Recursos Humanos; · Experiência nas áreas de Recrutamento Especializado, Trabalho Temporário e Outsourcing Experiência relevante como Business Manager nas áreas do setor de negócio; · Capacidade de negociação; · Capacidade e gosto para trabalhar por objetivos; Proatividade e dinamismo; Domínio de informática, como utilizador (MS Office); · Capacidade de liderança · Disponibilidade para viajar
