- Gestão e desenvolvimento da carteira de Clientes HoReCa no território atribuído através do desenvolvimento do negócio e do reforço das relações de parceria com os clientes;
- Identificar novas oportunidades de negócio;
- Apresentar as soluções adequadas ao negócio do Cliente atuando como parceiro estratégico;
- Implementar as estratégias comerciais junto dos clientes;
- Potenciar sinergias com a equipa de Força de Vendas Digital, Loja e o FSD;
- Atua como um agente da transformação Kultural e um embaixador dos princípios orientadores da makro.
- Licenciatura em gestão de empresas, hoteleira ou similar (preferencialmente);
- Bons conhecimentos de Inglês;
- Bons conhecimentos de Microsoft Office;
- Experiência comercial consolidada no canal HoReCa;
- Elevada orientação para o Cliente;
- Excelente capacidade de comunicação, negociação e argumentação;
- Forte espírito de equipa;
- Disponibilidade e capacidade de trabalhar sobre pressão.
